Hudson Property Advisors, LLC is a privately owned company providing professional real estate consulting, appraisal and advisory services in the greater New York metropolitan area. The firm is owned by Jonathan Bernz, MAI. Since 1983, Mr. Bernz has been engaged exclusively in the appraisal, consultation and analysis of commercial, industrial, large-scale residential, and other property types. Prior to forming Hudson Property Advisors in 2009, Mr. Bernz served as Senior Vice President of the Albert Valuation Group in Tarrytown, NY. Mr. Bernz has over 35 years of industry experience and presently holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and certified general real estate appraisal licenses in New York and Connecticut.

- RiverBuild (an informal organization that brought hundreds of volunteers over a five-year period to Bay St. Louis, MS to re-build homes and provide assistance to local residents following the devastating effects of Hurricane Katrina;
